When will my website be ready?

Once you have decided some specifics for your website (like color and layout), your Folio website will be ready within 3 days.


What happens after I purchase?

After you purchase your Folio Website, you will be sent some information and a brief initial questionnaire. We'll ask you about your preferences, preferred method of communication, etc. If you have already have a layout, we'll provide a way for you to send this to us.


What if I'm not ready to start?

There's no pressure. If you need more time to think about what you want for your site, we'll be ready to start when you are. And we're more than happy to brainstorm with you.


Will I be able to talk to a real person?

Certainly. If you prefer, we can do a phone consultation before starting or answer questions along the way.


What guarantees do you offer?

We guarantee 100% satisfaction. And although it's highly unlikely, if you do happen to find a problem after the website is complete, just let us know. We will take care of it.


How does the web hosting work?

One year of web hosting is included with your purchase. After a year, the rate for hosting your site with us is locked in at the current price, starting at $50 a year. You are not obligated to host with us. We can help you move your site to another web host at any time.


What will the domain be for my website

The domain for your website is up to you. If you need to register a domain, we can help you get this set-up. The domain registrar we use is very reliable and charges only $5.95 to set up a .COM domain.
